A deposit is required up front to confirm your booking unless a Payment Plan has been arranged. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
When you book a session, you're holding space in my calendar that's no longer available to other clients. If for any reason you're unable to make your appointment, it's required that you reach out at least 72-hours before the scheduled time. If less than 72-hours notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited. Exceptions will always be made for emergencies! I appreciate your understanding.
Locations further than 30 km from Kingston will be subject to an hourly travel fee. The agreed amount is to be paid on the day of the appointment or as per our payment plan.
Clients must complete their Style Assessment within one week of our appointment to ensure I can prep appropriately for the session.
