Terms & Conditions
A 2-hour minimum is required for each session, with the exception of the Shop Your Closet service. A deposit is required up front to confirm your booking unless a Payment Plan has been arranged. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments rescheduled in less than 48 hours will incur a $25 fee.
If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, you must reach out at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If less than 48 hours notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited. Exceptions will be made for emergencies.
Locations further than 30 miles from Kingston will be subject to an hourly travel fee. The agreed amount is to be paid on the day of the appointment.
Clients must complete their Style Assessment within 48hrs of our appointment to ensure I can prep appropriately for the session.
